The app

ScanScrub processes your images entirely on your computer. It does not upload images, metadata, file names, usage statistics or crash reports, and it does not need an internet connection. Licence keys are checked offline. Your project key and licence are stored only in your user folder (.scanscrub).

This website

The website uses no cookies, analytics, trackers or third-party fonts or scripts. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored only in your browser. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations.

Purchases

Payments are handled by our payment partner, which collects the billing details needed to process your order and calculate tax. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can issue your licence key and provide support. The name or email you give is written into your licence key.

Email

If you email us, we keep the conversation to help you. Do not send us patient data.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (except where we must keep order records by law): scanscrub.support@gmail.com.
